Fr David McConkey SSC

Fr David McConkey was appointed Team Rector of the Parish of Swindon New Town in 2003.  Prior to that he had spent nearly nine years as a parish priest and lecturer in the theological college in Harare, Zimbabwe.

American-born and educated, he holds degrees in music and divinity from Yale University and a PhD in church history from the Graduate Theological Foundation.  In July of 2009 he celebrated the twenty-fifth anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood.
